FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have put together your most frequently asked questions. You can find more information about the questions below on our website.

Is the price mentioned per person or per night?

The price is always for a cube for up to three people including a chill box.

Is there a toilet at the event location and how far is it?

We always set up the sleeperoo within walking distance of a toilet with a sink. The distance varies between 20 and about 500 meters depending on the location. The toilet is then usually available overnight. Either it is open, or you get your own key. You can find more information in the spot description under the keyword “Sanitary facilities”.

Is there a shower?

There are usually no showers. Our survey of guests in the nine-month test phase showed that a shower is not necessary for an adventurous night concept. The luxury is the exclusivity of the place where you would normally not even be able to spend the night.

Where do we get breakfast or other meals?

Some hosts offer you breakfast, others recommend a café / restaurant or a bakery nearby. And in some places, you take care of your own breakfast / meals. You can get more information in the spot description under “Tips”.

Can we stay in the sleeperoo with two adults and two children?

The booking option is given via our booking mask for up to three people. The mattress (1.60 m wide and 2 m long) offers enough comfort so that we leave it up to you to decide whether there is enough space for more children. When booking, please indicate in the comment field that there is another child with you so that your host can adjust the number of bed linen if necessary.

Can we bring our dog with us?

In consideration of those with allergies to animal hair, dogs and other animals are not allowed in the sleeperoo. You can also find information on this topic in our House Rules at www.sleeperoo.de/en/hausordnung.

When can we arrive?

The check-in and check-out times can be found on the information sheet that is sent to you with the ticket. Don’t forget to bring your ID or passport with you! If you have any other questions, your host will be happy to help.

Is there a socket, power supply or WiFi in the sleeperoo?

The Cube is self-sufficient and works with battery-operated LED lamps without a power supply. At many spots you will usually find a power outlet near your cube. You can find more detailed information on this under “Notes for Guests ” on each experience page or on your info ticket. Some places also have a WiFi network – however, we recommend that you use Digital Detox to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Are the articles in the chill box vegan?

Yes, all items in the chill box are not only organic but also vegan. If you have food allergies, please do not hesitate to contact us for further questions.

Do we have to cancel our overnight stay due to thunderstorm or heavy rain?

No, the Cube has been weather-proofed and stands it´s ground against winds up to force 8. So make yourselves comfortable in the sleeperoo and enjoy the patter of the rain. If the experience is definitely not possible, we will cancel in time and offer you an alternative date.

Are there locations with 2 or more cubes?

So far, we have only placed one cube at one place to make the experience as exclusive as possible.

How long is a voucher valid?

You can find information on the validity of vouchers at www.sleeperoo.de/en/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen

Can I also book by telephone?

Booking and payment is only possible online. As we use special places where you can stay overnight exclusively, it is necessary for insurance reasons to accept the GTC and House Rules during the online booking process.

Do all travellers have to be at least 18 years old?

No, the person registering must be 18 years old and he/she is liable for his/her fellow travellers, including children of course, upon registration.

Can I cancel or rebook my booked night?

All re-bookings or cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. You can find more information about the rules at www.sleeperoo.de/en/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen.

Why does a night on different days and places cost different amounts?

The price depends on demand and also on the exclusivity of the location. Usually the prices on Saturday are the most expensive, followed by Fri/Sun and Mon-Thu.

Is there a brochure with sleeperoo offers?

As sleeperoo is a pop-up concept and locations are always used for a limited period of time, it does not make sense to keep the offer in a printed brochure. The complete overview of offers can always be found on the website.
