HOUSE RULES

sleeperoo GmbH wishes all guests a pleasant and eventful stay in their Design sleep Cube! In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please follow the house rules below and pass them on to all other accompanying guests. Guests are informed about the house-specific features of the individual locations at check-in or are additionally accepted as part of the booking process.

Check in / Check out

On the day of arrival, the sleeperoo is available at the time specified on the booking confirmation.

On the day of departure, the sleeperoo must be vacated by the time specified on the booking confirmation.

The sleeperoo

Luggage is stowed into the functional wall of the sleeperoo or in the compartments provided for this purpose. Guests will find the sleeperoo covered with fresh bed linen. Towels are to be brought along, if required. Valuables must be taken care of separately. If necessary, they can be left with the sleeperoo host for safekeeping.

Stay

Guests are usually alone at the exclusive sleeperoo spot. Guests are usually left alone at the exclusive sleeperoo spot. Our guests are expected to treat the given surroundings, nature, residents and staff with respect and care.

The facilities, rooms and objects used must be kept in order and treated with care.

The removal of items which are the property of sleeperoo GmbH shall be subject to criminal prosecution.

Regular inspection rounds may take place in closed facilities at night. Parts of spots may be under video surveillance or secured by alarm systems.

From 10 p.m. onwards, there will be a noise curfew in consideration of the surroundings. Please avoid playing any loud music and making any kind of noise. Non-compliance of the noise curfew shall lead to an immediate spot expulsion.

Avoid playing loudly and any noise. Failure to observe the night’s rest can lead to immediate spot expulsion.

Animals are generally not permitted.

Children and adolescents must be accompanied by at least one person responsible for supervision.

Hygiene

The sleeperoo is usually set up within walking distance of a toilet with a sink.

Please do not leave any traces behind in the nature and surroundings. Everybody has to pee. Urgent needs must be met in the facilities provided. Guests are requested not to throw any toiletries or other objects into the toilets.

A garbage bag is available in the chill box for the disposal of waste, which can be left on site upon departure. Larger pieces of garbage are to be disposed of by the guest personally. Contamination must be removed immediately out of consideration for other sleeperoo guests.

Meals

Guests receive a so-called chill box with their booking. It contains snacks and drinks, which does not however replace a full meal. sleeperoo GmbH asks you to refrain from bringing your own food and to use the sleeperoo host’s catering offer instead. However, there is an exception to this rule if the host/spot does not offer any food and the guest is dependent on self-catering due to being enclosed in the spot.

Safety

The bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly forbidden and leads to an immediate spot expulsion. In every case, the responsible authorities will be informed immediately. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs can be expelled from the spot.

• Smoking in the sleeperoo is not allowed
• Open fire, burning and the use of pyrotechnic articles is forbidden. The same applies to the manipulation of smoke alarms or the unauthorized opening of emergency doors. In the event of a violation, sleeperoo GmbH shall charges a fine of EUR 250.00 for each violation.
• Barbecues are only allowed in the designated barbecue areas

sleeperoo GmbH reserves the right to claim higher damages if, for example, it is charged for a fire brigade deployment due to an alarm system triggered by misconduct from the guest or if the guest has caused fire damage to property as a result of unauthorized smoking.

The parking of bicycles or other vehicles outside the designated areas is also prohibited. In the event of an infringement, sleeperoo GmbH reserves the right to invoice the costs for safekeeping and, if applicable, disposal.

In case of Emergency

The fire alarm is a loud beep. If this sounds, the sleeperoo spot must be left as quickly as possible. In this case, only the staircase and emergency staircases may be used, and under no circumstances the lifts. The emergency exits are marked accordingly. Escape plans are posted.

House Rules

The spot on site exercises the house rights. Detected violations of the house rules lead to expulsion, ban, prosecution and / or claims for damages. A refund for services already paid is excluded. The orders of the spot or host or those appointed by sleeperoo GmbH to enforce the house rights shall be complied with.

Miscellaneous

Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions of sleeperoo GmbH shall apply. If the spot has its own house rules on site, the provisions of the spot’s house rules shall prevail over the provisions of these house rules.
